教學目標:

1.知識與技能

學生能聽、說、讀、寫單詞和短語,運用某種交通工具去某地的表達法,并能替換關鍵詞進行問答。

2.過程與方法

通過做游戲、完成任務和合作學習,學生準確運用基本詞匯和句型。

3.情感態(tài)度與價值觀

(1)通過了解交通規(guī)則,認識交通標志,學會在生活中自覺遵守交通規(guī)則;

(2)學生養(yǎng)成樂于助人的情感,具有一定的團隊合作、競爭進取的品格素質(zhì)。

教學重點:

1.掌握以下單詞和短語:on foot,by bike,by bus,by train,by plane,by ship,by subway。

2.能準確運用以下句型:

一How do you go to school?

--I go to school by bike.

教學難點:運用交通工具去某地的表達法,特別是on foot和其他表達法的區(qū)別。

教具準備:

自行車、汽車、火車、飛機等玩具或模型及其情境圖,多媒體課件(CAI)。

教學過程(Teaching Procedure):

Step l Pre—task

1.A guessing game

T:Here are some sounds of transportation.Can you listen and guess what kind of transportation they are?教師

根據(jù)學生的回答,板書交通工具對應的單詞。

2.New phrases teaching

T:Look! This is a toy bike.Today,I go to school by bike.Do you go to school by bike?(在已板書的“bike”前加上“by”。)

Ss:No,I don’t.

T:Do you go to school on foot?(教師邊走邊說,然后在已板書的“foot”前加上“on”。依次類推,教授其他短語和句子)

Step 2 Task•cycle

1.Matching game

T:Look! These are some beautiful places.How do people go there?Please find the best words for these pictures.Now Group one takes the Picture One,Group two takes the Picture Two…Now,Lets go! (Teacher stick the pictures above the words on the blackboard.)通過配對活動,幫助學生熟悉新的短語。

2.Let’S play

T:Here are the word cards.These words are about some places,and these are about some ways.Choose one card from the places and one card from the ways.Then,use these two selected cards to make sentences.You should work in groups of four and then show us how many sentences have you made up,the more the better.讓學生挑選卡片組成句子,然后進行匯報,以培養(yǎng)學生的語用能力。

Step 3 Language focus

Survey and Report

T:Interview your classmates where he/she goes and how he/she can go there.Take a note about the information.Report the result of the interview by use of the sentence patterns“Sb.go to Sp/by/on…”將語言知識與實際生活相聯(lián)系,讓學生體會“學以致用”的樂趣。

Step 4 Homework

T:Ask your family members“How do they go to school in their childhood?”You can draw a picture or write a short passage about their way of going to school.Please show us in the next class.
